LAFAYETTE The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns cross country team heads west to Lake Charles for the second time this season as they will compete in the 10th annual ASICS McNeese Cowboy Stampede at Chennault Airpark.

The women's 5,000-meter race will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the men's 4-mile race scheduled for 9:15. Live results, courtesy of McNeese State athletics, will be available at RaginCajuns.com.

Louisiana will be one of nine teams competing in the event, joining host McNeese State, in-state schools Northwestern State, Southeastern Louisiana, Nicholls State, Grambling, Southern, Loyola, and Texas Southern.
