NATCHITOCHES On the 40th anniversary of issuing the state's first full athletic scholarships for women, Northwestern State will welcome back six of the 11 recipients next Thursday evening at the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest Louisiana History Museum for an event open free of charge to the public.
