LAKE CHARLES McNeese cross country runners Henry Kiplagat and Marta Lukijaniuk were named the Louisiana Men's and Women's Cross Country Newcomers of the Year, respectively, as part of the All-Louisiana Men's and Women's Cross Country teams released by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association on Tuesday.
