Track and Field: Leleux Set To Compete At NCAA Championships On ThursdayPublished by
EUGENE, Ore. Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns track and field standout Morgann Leleux will look to earn All-America honors for the sixth time in her career on Thursday when she competes in the women's pole vault at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Hayward Field on the University of Oregon campus. Leleux, a New Iberia native and ranked No. 4 nationally, will compete at 7 p.m. CT. Results will be available at RaginCajuns.com with a live stream available on ESPN3 and WatchESPN. Leleux, a transfer from Georgia, claimed first-team All-America honors in outdoor competition in 2012 and 2013 while earning first-team honors (2012, 2014-15) at the NCAA Indoor Championships. In her inaugural season at Louisiana, Leleux set a school and Sun Belt Conference record in the pole vault at last month's SBC Outdoor Championships, clearing the bar at 14-10.
